The United States Reports a Million New COVID-19 Cases in Only 17 Days

The United States is not doing well. Actually, it is doing horrible. The coronavirus leading nation is out of control.

The rise in new coronavirus infections is pointing to a large problem among disrespecting protective measures.

The medical officials are panicking in front of the million more new infections in less than three weeks.

In only 17 days, the number of people who tested positive for COVID-19 jumped from 4 million to 5 million new cases.

This number is higher than the number of people some countries have, like for example Ireland or Slovenia.

While there are Americans who still claim coronavirus is a part of a political plot and all numbers are fictional, the government official and most respected doctors say something different.

The virus is out of control, and stubborn people are not helping the rates.

To simplify, the U.S. reached the first million cases within 99 days, and after 43 days more, there were 2 million infected people.

After 28 days more, there were 3 million, and two weeks later, on July 23 there were 4 million positive cases. Today, 17 days later, the country counts with 5 million positive coronavirus cases.

In the last couple of days, the number of deaths is always exceeding 1,000 people.

When and is this going to slow down, it’s early to say. Respecting the protective measures is how every individual can contribute to the common health.
