Despite the criticism of most of the political parties in Germany, thousands of people without masks flooded the streets of Berlin in the past few days.

People are protesting against the new coronavirus lockdown measures, claiming that the masks are enslaving them and taking away their freedoms.

The number of new coronavirus cases started surging again last week after seasonal workers got sick on a farm in Manning.

After large police intervention, protestors needed to redirect to their homes, and many got arrested for violating the government rules.

Since Saturday, the country is conducting free coronavirus tests for everyone entering the country and returning from a high-risk region.
